Dear volunteers,

Volunteers of America in Bailey's Crossroads Community Shelter Hyporthermia Prevention Program provided services to 401 homeless men and women from their Bailey’s Crossroads Community Shelter and other Faith Base locations in 2008-2009.

This year they are expecting the numbers to go up and they need the help of the Community to assist with the people most venerable to the outside elements our homeless populations here in Fairfax County.

We will be serving 150+ homeless men and women starting December 1st through March 31st. Serving will be done in two parts. Once at 5 PM for one group and then at 6 PM for the second group. Servers must be at the shelter by 4 PM and we should be done by 7 PM. More information will be provided on this site in October/November.
