Dear volunteers,

You already had a good taste of what it feels like to extend ones hand and reach out to our fellow friends through working with the Bailey's Crossroads Shelter. If you have more time to spare in between the monthly dinners and would like to extend your hand even further, here is another opportunity:

More than words, you've shown what can be accomplished when you put care into action.

This year, we came together to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, protect our natural world and make a real difference in a thousand other ways.

We all know the old saying, "a picture is worth a thousand words." How true!

Mr. Emoto has undertaken to study the effects of various stimuli on water crystals. He has exposed water to music, pictures and words to see how the crystalline structure is affected. These pictures have been collected into a book called "Messages from Water" and they reveal the truly miraculous workings of God. As the cover of the book states, "The messages from water are telling us to look inside ourselves."
